Kearl Family Pictures

Just thought I'd let you guys take a look at our family pictures if anyone is interested. Haley took them for us. Just so you all know after this year she is no longer doing family pictures, so get them done if you want them. Here are a few of ours. The rest are on smugmug.

Things are going well here. Finally settling back into routine since the long vacation. Ava can't stop talking about Disneyland so I hope you are all planning on it! Does anyone have a date set? Ty is going to be coming over the 2nd weekend (26th-30th-ish). I am planning to stay longer but at least over that weekend, obviously. Ty has given me permission to stay as long as I want (as long as it is not intruding) and we are getting a season pass to D-LAND! Can't wait.
The other exciting news is that we decided that we can't handle the "stress" (as Tyler calls it) of waiting to find out what the baby is when it is born so we find out a week from Tuesday (the 5th I think). So we will keep you all informed on whether you need to send all the cute girl clothes you've all just used our way. My guess is start packing them. Also, we were thinking about having the baby in Utah, but to be honest, I don't know what I was thinking! That just sounds like total STRESS to me. So Christmas in the Bay Area is what we'll be doing. So if anyone wants to visit before then, let me know. :)
Someone make sure mom posts when she gets back from France and Spain. Sounds like they are having a blast. They are on Ty stomping ground right now, he is incredibly jealous. They went to the ward he served in and even met someone who still knew him!
Hope all is well, let's get this blog going again!

Mervyns

Check out your local Mervyn's ad sometime this weekend and you might see the cute little girl above, or you can check out "today's ad" on mervyns.com. She was so excited about this picture, because she actually remembers getting it taken this time.

Elsa Turns One!

Though we didn't really celebrate (not even any cake!), Elsa turned one today. I spent the day running around getting ready for vacation and work. The kids humored me by being in the car all day! Oh well, I think she's been given cake already anyway! A couple of photos of our ever changing family! Cheers!

Ava Shares All...

Ava's favorite thing to say lately, "My mommy has a baby in her tummy."

Some of you were interested in the kind of bike Karl got:
Bottecchia Carbon fiber, aluminum frame,  and a bunch of other great stuff that I have no idea about.  I have a link for it, but cant figure out how to copy it to the post!

Happy Birthday Lisa!

Mom and I met Juli up at Lisa's house for her birthday yesterday, the big 36. We ate Pei Wei's, which is a PF Chang's Bistro. It was really good and I ate way too much.

Lisa's yard is looking great. I've always loved Lisa's yard. We snapped a few pics in the back.

After lunch, Mom and I headed to Juli's house. I told the boys we could go swimming and Juli was nice enough to open the pool for us. (I hadn't realized her kids were still in school.) The boys had a great time and can't wait to go back again.

Try not to be distracted by my whiteness shining through the water, but this is Kimball jumping off of the diving board.

Courtney got home from her last day of school and watched the boys swim for a little bit.

Sammy had a great time, but was tired at the end. We stripped him down and let him sit wrapped up in a towel.

Thanks for letting us swim. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Hi All

Nice idea Amanda......Well today is officially the last day of school and summer will begin. It is cloudy and rainy and cold, nice way to start off the summer. We have fun plans for the summer, beach trip to Cali in July, Girls Camp, Cub Camp, Bear Lake, Kaycee Burley is coming to stay with us for a week, reading programs, art club camps, and swimming, swimming, swimming!!! We have had the pool open for a few weeks now, of course we have it nice and warm. The kids love it and Caden can do an awesome dive!

Caden lost his first tooth, and was soooo excited! the tooth fairy brought him a dollar to buy a treat, and left his tooth for him!!!

Karl got an early anniversary and Father's Day present!!! I pulled one over on him, he had no idea!!! We went to a friends house for FHE and to see the "new bike they got!" He brought it out to show Karl who thought it was really cool, then the kids walked in with a big sign that said Happy Anniversary and Fathers Day. He was a little confused, but then it sunk in. I hope he will enjoy it and start a new hobby/interest.

Courtney is officially and 8th grader, Carter is officially a 5th grader, and Caden is officially a 2nd grader!!!!! Yeah.

Chloe like to climb and get into things, anything! She tries to talk, but no one understands her. She knows many sign language words and uses them frequently.

Not much else, Karl and I are going to Midway for our Anniversary this weekend! Pool is open, so let us know when you want to swim!!!!

Love ya, Juge
